The American technology company Hewlett-Packard Company, better known as HP, recently announced the creation of a new innovation and software development center in the city of Turia. With this, the company confirms its investment commitment and commitment to the national network of centers it owns.

This center will be focused on the development and integration of software solutions, where for example will work with technologies such as, Artificial Intelligence (AI), software quality and cloud applications.

“We want Valencia to become a center of excellence in software for HP that combines innovation, creativity and talent. We will develop a value proposition for strategic industry sectors and we will have top professionals who will drive the digital transition beyond our borders,” said Daniel Martinez, general manager of HP’s Large Format Printing business.

Finally, the company is aware of the talent that the city of Valencia possesses, so it has signed an agreement with the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) for the creation of a chair. The company thus seeks to have an impact on Valencian society and continue to be a training center for future professionals in a dynamic, technological and innovative environment.
