2.PURPOSE.

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data through various forms owned by the Chamber is to manage and respond to requests for information, service provision, registration for training offerings, newsletters, and attendance at activities and events organized by the Chamber.

3.LEGAL BASIS.

This Privacy Policy may change according to legislative requirements, so we advise users of our website to visit it periodically to stay informed of such changes. Our website can be navigated without the need to disclose personal data. This Privacy Policy applies if users choose to fill out any form where personal data is collected, granting their explicit consent.

The Chamber is fully aware of the use and processing that should be given to the personal data requested or obtained from users on its website to manage the services offered or to send communications about services that may be of interest to them.

6.ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION.

7.ACCESS AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA.

No third party outside the aforementioned responsible entity may access the personal data of users without their express consent for each specific occasion.

Likewise, the Chamber will not disclose users’ personal data to any third party without their express consent.
