Valencia, August 5, 2025 – Invest in Valencia, the investment promotion office driven by the Valencia City Council and Cámara Valencia, continues to position the city as one of the most dynamic and competitive destinations in Southern Europe for international business projects.
During the first half of 2025, the office facilitated the establishment of 18 new foreign companies. A figure that, with the year still to be completed, already represents 75% of the total recorded in 2024 (24 establishments).
Among the companies that have chosen Valencia as a base for their expansion are Fundrock, Renubel, Young Media, Frontier EU, and Karenia. Operating in strategic sectors such as logistics technology, advanced electronics, financial services, sustainability, and international consulting.
These new investments, along with those currently in progress, will result in the creation of nearly 300 new jobs and an estimated total investment of €30 million in salaries and real estate over the next two years. Generating a direct impact on the local economic and productive fabric. Additionally, the office is actively working on large-scale projects —currently confidential— whose impact is not yet reflected in these figures.
Reinvestment and Expansion: Foreign Companies Betting on Valencia
Moreover, six foreign companies already established in Valencia and supported by Invest in Valencia have decided to reinvest in the region. Reinforcing their commitment to the city. These include Platform Art, Super Food, DKB Code Factory, ADB, Hyperion Group, and Virtual World, whose operational expansions will generate an additional 172 direct jobs and an estimated economic impact of €28 million.
The openings of the work centers of IBM, ICEYE, and SHIBATA FENDER TEAM, success stories from 2024, also took place this year. Reflecting the strong appeal of Valencia’s ecosystem for major international corporations.
Invest in Valencia continues to support business establishment through its Softlanding program, in which the designated space at La Harinera plays a key role. While also expanding the companies included in its Aftercare service.
