General Terms of Use of the Website
These General Terms regulate the use of the website “www.investvlc.com” and “www.investinvlc.com” (the “Website”) made available by the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Navigation of Valencia (hereinafter referred to as “Cámara Valencia”) to its users (the “User”). The use of the Website implies the full acceptance by the User of all the General Terms of Use of the Website in force at the time of access, so if the User disagrees with any of the conditions set forth here, they should not use the Website. Cámara Valencia reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Use of the Website, as well as any other general or specific conditions, usage regulations, instructions, or notices that may apply. Additionally, Cámara Valencia reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or stop operating the Website at any time.
1. Purpose of the Website
Through the Website, Cámara Valencia provides Users with access to various contents, information, and data (the “Contents”) made available by Cámara Valencia or third-party content and service providers. Cámara Valencia reserves the right to modify the presentation (including “look-and-feel”), configuration, and location of the Website, as well as the Contents and the conditions required for their use. Within the referred Contents, there is a restricted access area for Users who have registered previously (the “Registered Users”), whose access and use are subject to the conditions set forth in section 3 of this document.
2. Conditions of Access and Use of the Website
2.1. Access and Use of the Website
The User acknowledges and accepts that the access and use of the Website and/or the Contents included in it take place freely and knowingly, under their sole responsibility. Access to the Website and/or its Contents does not imply any type of guarantee regarding the suitability of the Website and/or its Contents for specific or particular purposes of the Users. Cámara Valencia may establish limitations and/or additional conditions for the use and/or access to the Website and/or its Contents, which the Users must comply with at all times.
2.2. Authorized Use of the Website and the Contents
The User agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its Contents in accordance with applicable law, these General Terms of Use, general moral principles, and public order. The User shall refrain from (i) unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Website and/or the Contents; (ii) accessing or attempting to access restricted areas of the Website without meeting the required conditions for such access; (iii) using the Website and/or its Contents for unlawful, illegal purposes, or in a manner contrary to these General Terms, good faith, or public order, or harming third-party rights and interests, or in a way that may damage, disable, or overload the Website; (iv) causing damage to the physical or logical systems of Cámara Valencia, its providers, or third parties; (v) introducing or spreading viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause damage to the physical or logical systems of Cámara Valencia, its providers, or third parties; (vi) attempting to access, use, and/or manipulate the data of Cámara Valencia, third-party providers, or other users; (vii) reproducing, copying, distributing, allowing public access via any communication modality, transforming, or modifying the Contents, unless authorized by the rights holder or legally permitted; (viii) removing, hiding, or manipulating rights notices, industrial property rights, and other identifying data from Cámara Valencia or third parties incorporated into the Contents; (ix) obtaining and attempting to obtain the Contents using means or procedures different from those made available or expressly indicated on the web pages where the Contents are located.
2.3. Introduction of Links
Users who wish to establish a hyperlink, link, or connection between their website and the Website (the “Link”) must comply with the following obligations: (i) the Link will only allow access to the Website, but will not reproduce it in any way; (ii) no frame or border environment will be created over the Website; (iii) no false, inaccurate, or misleading statements will be made regarding the Website; (iv) it will not be stated or implied that Cámara Valencia has monitored or endorsed the contents or services offered or advertised on the linked website; (v) the website where the Link is established will not contain any brand, trade name, business sign, logo, slogan, or any other distinctive sign of Cámara Valencia and/or third parties without its authorization; (vi) the website where the Link is established will not contain illicit, immoral, or harmful content.
3. Restricted Access Area
To access and use the restricted access area, Users must register by completing a registration form (the “Registration Form”) provided on the Website. Cámara Valencia reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request from any User. The data entered by Users in the Registration Form must be accurate, current, and truthful at all times and will be processed by Cámara Valencia as indicated in the personal data protection policy.
4. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights
The User acknowledges and accepts that all industrial and intellectual property rights over the Contents and any other elements inserted in the Website (including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, diagrams, “look-and-feel,” audio, and video) belong to Cámara Valencia and/or third parties.
5. Use of Cookie Technology
The User acknowledges and accepts that Cámara Valencia may use cookies when browsing the Website. The User can configure their browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies without affecting their ability to access Contents that do not require identification.
6. Exemption from Warranties and Liability
6.1. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability for the Website’s Operation
Cámara Valencia does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the Website’s operation or other websites linked to it. Cámara Valencia is not responsible for any damages that may arise from (i) lack of availability or access to the Website; (ii) interruptions in the Website’s functioning; (iii) the unsuitability of the Website for specific needs; or (iv) damages caused by third parties.

Cámara Valencia is not responsible for any use made by Users and/or third parties of the Website or the Contents, nor for the damages arising from it.

Cámara Valencia does not edit third-party content on the Website and therefore does not guarantee or take responsibility for its legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
6.4. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability Regarding Links
The Website provides technical devices, directories, and search tools that allow Users to access third-party websites. Cámara Valencia checks the content of these sites when a link is established, but does not guarantee or take responsibility for any content.
7. Actions in Case of Breach
Cámara Valencia reserves the right to take any available legal actions in case of non-compliance with any provision of these General Terms of Use.
8. Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The service provided by the Website and these General Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. The parties agree to submit to the arbitration procedure under the Arbitration Court of Valencia, governed by the regulations of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Navigation of Valencia.
Quality of Information
Cámara Valencia will make efforts to avoid errors and correct or update them as soon as possible. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors or that the information is permanently updated.
