La Marina de Valencia will host a €3 million project driven by The Terminal Hub

Valencia, September 16, 2025 – Valencia continues to advance its consolidation as a strategic destination for innovation and international investment. The Terminal Hub, a benchmark space for entrepreneurship and technology, has presented Victory by TTH. An ambitious project that aims to transform the historic Victory Challenge base at La Marina de Valencia, with an initial investment of nearly €3 million and a planned concession of 30 years.

The initiative is not only a long-term commitment to La Marina’s innovation district, but also projects an estimated annual economic impact of up to €300,000 for the city. Depending on the project’s evolution.

Victory by TTH seeks to respond to the growing demand from global corporations, investment funds, universities and startups that choose Valencia to expand their projects. In just one year, The Terminal Hub has built an international community that includes companies such as IBM and institutional stakeholders like the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, consolidating a high-value ecosystem.
