Valencia, 22 September 2026 – On 20 October, Valencia will host a new edition of the Intrapreneurship Hackathon, which this year evolves into INTRA·LAB, a one-day experience designed to help organisations turn internal ideas and projects into actionable initiatives by combining artificial intelligence, innovation and human leadership.
After two editions, INTRA·LAB consolidates a format focused on activating internal talent and accelerating projects with the potential to generate new products, services, processes or business models.
The initiative already brings together a community of more than 200 intrapreneurs, 38 organisations and 44 accelerated projects. Offering participants an environment in which to work on real challenges and move from ideas towards a clear roadmap.
From idea to actionable project
The aim of INTRA·LAB is to help participating teams make progress, in just one day, on internal projects that need additional momentum, structure or new tools to move forward.
A methodology that combines collaborative work, practical application of artificial intelligence, proposal development and team leadership. The goal is to produce an actionable roadmap or business case that can continue to be developed within each organisation.
The day will conclude with a final project pitch, together with networking opportunities for participating professionals and organisations.
Internal talent to accelerate innovation
Innovation does not depend solely on adopting new technologies. It also requires organisations to identify ideas from within and create the right conditions for teams to turn them into real projects.
Intrapreneurship makes it possible to leverage internal knowledge, encourage new forms of collaboration and accelerate initiatives that can strengthen business competitiveness.
The use of artificial intelligence tools also expands teams’ ability to analyse information, explore solutions, validate approaches and move faster through the different stages of project development.
An ecosystem committed to innovation
Initiatives such as INTRA·LAB help reinforce Valencia as an environment where companies, professionals and organisations can experiment, collaborate and develop new solutions.
For international companies considering establishing or expanding operations in Valencia, access to an ecosystem that connects talent, innovation, technology and business culture is also a relevant factor when developing new projects and building competitive teams.
INTRA·LAB 2026 will take place on 20 October.
